Capt. Ken Salos
Captain Ken Salos is a third generation Native Floridian who found his love for the water and fishing at an early age. After working on an offshore fishing boat as a mate shortly after high school, he decided to buy his first charter boat and build what is now Tampa Bay’s premier inshore guide service. Six years ago, an opportunity arose that brought him to the Lowcountry of South Carolina to fish under a very reputable Captain where he not only fine-tuned his fishing techniques, but also helped him become the quintessential guide he is now. After chasing Redfish in South Carolina for six years, Ken is back home and can be found in the upper Tampa Bay all the way to Anna Maria Island Florida, fishing for Redfish, Snook, Trout, Permit and Triple Tail and many other species. Captain Ken gives back to the fishing community through his conservation efforts and sustainable practices. To book a trip with Capt. Ken visit www.fishthetampabay.com.
Capt. Jeremy ParsonsGrowing up in NC as a kid Jeremiah “Jeremy “ Parsons could be found in any cow pasture pond or golf course lake he could sneak a hook in. That’s where he found his love for fishing! Jeremy discovered Edisto island in 2004 and knew he was home. For nearly 18 years he has been part of the Edisto Water Sports crew on his boat the “Bullfrog “. Seeing the eyes light up on those young anglers every day when they catch that first fish is the real joy of fishing for Jeremy. He specializes in inshore and nearshore family fishing charters teaching the importance of conservation of habitat and different species through sustainable efforts for the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts.
