Dear Fellow Anglers and Conservationists,

I am deeply honored and humbled to address you today as the new steward of Mudminnow Clothing. Following the passing of my beloved brother, William Decatur Sonenberg, who found eternal peace on Friday, August 25, 2023, my family and I have taken on the responsibility of continuing the legacy of this remarkable business.

Decatur Sonenberg, Shot Caller at Mudminnow ClothingMany of you are aware that Decatur's life was a vibrant tapestry interwoven with love, laughter, and treasured moments amidst the beauty of nature. He was an extraordinary individual whose mere presence brightened the lives of everyone he met. His insatiable curiosity, profound connection to the outdoors, and deep love for our environment have left an enduring imprint on each of us.

In keeping with Decatur's legacy, and in honor of his dedication to the environment, I am pleased to announce that we will be dedicating a portion of the proceeds from Mudminnow Clothing to support local charitable organizations involved with raising awareness for mental health, as well as those with an impact on conservation. We believe that it is our family’s responsibility to contribute positively to the well-being of our community, just as it has supported us over the years.

As we navigate the transition, we are committed to maintaining the quality, service, and dedication that you have come to expect from Mudminnow. We will continue to work closely with our transition team, and we welcome your input and feedback as we move forward.

Thank you for being a part of our journey, and for joining us in our mission to make a difference. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to working with you and serving our community.

Sincerely,
Harriett Ashley Sonenberg
